Description of Work: Removed pergo flooring and replaced 75% of house, patched sheetrock, painted, replaced siding on 2 car garage w/hardiplank. Also redid my entire roof in 2009.

+ 4 moreIf one has got more than one major item to be done at home like what I had done, going with a general contractor for me was the best way because I could deal with only one person and not 3 or 4 subs. Everything is just beautiful and I’m very happy. It took about 3 and half weeks in total for them to complete the job. I was very impressed with the main sub. George was very professional. They were very in tuned with having the house just the way it was. They tried their best and I did the best I could in moving furniture around. They used to get here at 7 every morning and he would put all his stuff out. They typically worked in over 100 degree weather outside. They were here everyday and they used to clean up before they left. It was just a wonderful experience. They had another sub do the retexturing and the painting and they also did an excellent job. Overall, I’m totally pleased. I would use them again in the future if need be.
Description of Work: I used the services of Meadows Construction Inc about a week and a half ago. My 2 car garage had to be resided. They had to take down the old stuff by looking and reinforcing rotten studs and put down hardie plank. There was a side of my house next to the garage that needed to have a portion done and they did that. They also caulked and painted to what the existing one was. I have a deck in the backyard with at least 300 sq ft and they had to power wash and restrain the same. I had about 1000 sq ft of existing pergo floor inside my house that needed to be torn out and a carpet that needed to be torn out in a bedroom including all the closets. I also had pergo redone in 2 of my entire house areas. I have a few French doors that go outside and because of that I have no gutter on my house and it’s all concrete and when we have rain, the water splashes on to the area causing the corners of the bottom to rot. I didn’t realize that so they took one out and I could see the rotten wood. They had to replace that wood on the doors. I had a stone door replaced for the front door. My house has been moving so I had the slab work done by somebody else a couple of months ago and they had to do sheet rock repair in 2 rooms. They also had to take off the old texture and put in new texture and paint.
