Description of Work: They repaired/refurbished our external stairs. We have a set of external stairs that go to our 2nd floor. The stairs are both a fire escape and a way of getting furniture into the 2nd floor. The stairs were originally installed 30 years ago and were badly in need of refurbishment. Lynn did a great job. When he was done the stairs were better than the original and, I have no doubt, that they will last longer.
