+ -1 moreDidn't go at all, I feel that this is an unprofessional half-baked business and am glad I found out ahead of time.
Description of Work: I contacted Crescent Electric to arrange for an estimate on re-wiring my home. The appointment was several days ahead of time for Tuesday, 19 Aug. They not only did not bother to show up, but never called. When contacted today, the officer person expressed surprise before saying that there was a ticket for my service, but the "guy musta got hung up on a job". That's what the telephone is for. If this is how I am treated BEFORE I give them my money, how am I going to be treated AFTER they get some cash? No, won't use them under any circumstances and i advise anyone else to be very careful using this business.

He was very clean and represented his company very well. He did not waste anytime in getting the new system installed. We would recommend this company to anyone needing this kind of work done.

+ -1 moreReceptionist was extremely nice, electrician was supposed to call and he never did until the next day. He stated he could come Friday but it had to be in the morning because he had to get his hunting license. I said that would be fine, then he never showed up. I had to drive to another city to meet him at the house where work was going to be done and the electrician knew this. This was a huge inconvenience and very inconsiderate.
Description of Work: They were supposed to see what was wrong with our electricity.
