Contacted Ed Taylor regarding repairing a leak originating from my upstairs bathtub drain. I left a message on a Monday and he returned my call the next day. At that time, wWe discussed my general location and the problem I was experiencing. He said he was tied up that week, but could work me in the following week. The following Monday I called him to confirm he was still planning on performing the work. He called me back after a few hours to confirm and we went over my problem in detail, the exact location of my house, access information, etc. He confirmed that he'd be at my house on either Tues or Wed of that week and would call prior to arriving. Tuesday AM came around & Ed called to let me know that he had reconsidered and had decided my house was just located too far out for him. When I asked why he made the decision the day he was suppossed to arrive instead of when I called him the previous week to see if he would take the job, he quickly became defensive and very unprofessional. Very disappointing that based on the Angie's list reviews, I gave him two weeks to arrive for the job and adjusted my schedule for him - only to have him cancel on the day he was suppossed to start the job.

We found our choice of faucet did not fit our counter clearance, wasted trip. We took faucet to purchase a new one, Mr Taylor fit us in the next day for an install and also replaced a leaking pressure relief valve on our water heater.

Since we are not residents of the area, we only get a chance to go to our property on certain occassions. When we have issues like this, we sometimes find it difficult to get contractors to come out on a timely basis. We are greatful that Trevor (of Ed Taylor Plumbing) was able to make the necesary repairs on our property (even though they don't know us and have never done business with us before). Also the fact that we did not make it easy for him to get onto the property made it even more impressive that he could get the job done in the same day. We are very happy with the responsiveness from Ed Taylor's plumbing and definitely plan to use them again whenever the need arises!

He is great! The best in town. I can call him for any questions I have about plubming and also he offeres emergency service. I have no problem getting a hold of him and he is a very good plumber.
