They came out the next day and , after having already previously just hired them to fix a leaking pipe back in 2014, knew i was a senior. Until I sought them out through their member listing on Angies List, I just called them. Then I scheduled, after the fact, they call me from Angies List, redundantly and after-the-fact. So I really dont know why I did not get any senior discount or at least an acknowledgement from the Company that any such standing, proferred Senior Discount was even available. But since I did not specifically request it when I first scheduled them to come out (neither did I request / inquire about a possible Senior discount either to the actual serviceman when he came to install the new fauce), and because I did this outside Angies List setting up my service call appointment in the first place, I really don't know no Senior Discount was proferred to me: I called them finally,ON THE FOLLOWING DAY, AFTER ALL SERVICES WERe PERFORMED AT MY HOME, to ask them about a possible Senior Discount. In any case, after the service was performed on 10/9/2015, and after I called them (and got the secretary/receptonist) on the next day and I was told that they dont normally even have this Discount for Seniors. So I just assumed my expectation of thusly having my Angies List referral being discounted was both inapplicable and inappropriate and hence, I gave up at that point. Don't to this day know if one could have been proferred to me as I am an Angies List Member and did use their servces, only because I did so, I believe, outside Angies List and prematurely so. Nevertheless, I am considering NOT TO USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE because they didn't ultimately take any percentage off the parts either, nor was any discount applied after I called and the asked the receptionist for it exclusively that is: Upon my follow up call, on the following day, this person, the receptionist whom answered their phone on 10/10/2015 in the afternoon, and whom did indeed say she would look at the bill and "see" if any discounts therewith could be applied. Nothing reflective or indicative of any such discount was applied (characterized as a Senior discount) nor was any other discount for that matter applied to my invoice that arrived at my home. I never followed up with any demands on accountability or for an explanation at this point, and simply dropped it., without response to them directly and no complaint either after I got the bill, which was summarily paid immediately. Thanks
