+ -1 moreExperience was horrible. Of the first 4 zones, several metal sheets were missing and several sheets were cut the wrong size. The sealed nails used to secure the titanium rolls were missing. The titanium said "do not staple" and the sales rep said to buy staples and use them. The sales rep was apathetic about getting me the proper material. The sales rep did not show any enthusiasm about ordering missing seals. The sales rep lied about the sheets of metal being cut to fit and about being packaged in zones. The only honest person I dealt with was the delivery man who said "dont be surprised if alot of stuff is missing." When I spoke with the sales rep about getting a refund or some type of compensation he said I was getting the missing material for free. I was shocked because I had already paid for it and it wasnt there in the first place.
Description of Work: I purchased a complete new metal roof "package" for my home. I met with the sales rep and he said the kit would be complete with all seals, sealants, hardware, fasteners, and of course the metal sheets "cut to fit" and packaged by "zones" for easy installation.
