Todd gave me an estimate and the estimate was high because he was not sure if the repair was easily fixed. He thought it would be ease to fix but he provided a higher estimate just in case. I wanted the higher estimate for budgeting purposed. The actual repair was a resolved much easier than anticipated and under his estimate. Todd was very communicative and honest. Todd looked at some of the other projects that I will need to have performed and the ones he felt someone else could perform he told me, example replace a bathroom shower. He could do that but it would take more time than say a bathroom company. I plan on using Todd for other repairs around the house.

Todd is an honest handyman who is not out to cut corners. He tells you upfront about the costs for jobs requested and the best way to complete all the items on your list. Todd was a good contractor. He did a good job and was very thorough. He did a repair in my ceiling where he had to tape and float a seam and the retexture it to match the existing texture. Great job at a fair price. Yes, I would recommend him highly.
