He drained my hot water tank and change out the water filter and he charges by the hour and was done within the hour great worker

Todd did a great job doing a number of small jobs including: - Replaced exterior pre-hung door. - Drywall insert 2 x 2 ft piece, tape and finish & texture. Can't see where the repair was made. - Repair rotted wood at corner of roof soffit. Built up damaged are with Bondo and replaced some wood. - Replaced rotted exterior trim. - Replaced trim around garage door. He is very punctual, shows up exactly when he says he will or gives you a call if running late; very considerate. I worked with him as his "helper" which he doesn't mind and it makes it go faster. I bought all materials which he specified to save paying him to shop. worked well.

Tod was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would hire him again for other projects.
