+ 5 moreTo summarize, it went horrible in overall. First, he started the work much later than what he promised earlier. He gave an estimate for a few days to finish this job and it turned out that it took much longer than his estimation and the job was not complete at the end. There were days that he simply didn't want to work and I had to call him endlessly to understand why he didn't show up. He didn't have a professional crew and tools, he had a few amateur workers working with him on/off and they also showed up randomly. It came to a point that I had to ask him to stop working on my property because he was actually damaging my property rather than fixing/sprucing up/repairing. Please avoid this person/company doing any kind of work on your property. I have serious reservations about this person/company and would not recommend to anyone. I don't think this company is qualified to do any kind of professional remodeling job.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do some touch-up/paint job which turned out to be the worst paint job you can ever see internally/externally. Paint was running all over in various and many unwanted places, I bet he didn't hear anything like painters/masking tape because he refused to use any (you can understand how professional he is). When I told him the work he did was not professional, he immediately became aggressive. Our beautiful deck turned to be a big mess after them as well. They scraped the previous paint unevenly that the surface was not smooth, then they applied some cheap(est) bad quality stain/paint. They splashed paint on the concrete deck around the pool area, it was even more pathetic that they splashed paint and damaged the hose of the pool cleaner (I think it really requires some special talent to splash paint on something at 15-20ft distance). I need to tell you that this messy job took several weeks. On the other hand, there were some rotten wood panels and frames which were replaced and painted. One person working with him did a fair job on these. This was the only decent thing they did in several weeks while working on my property.

+ 11 moreOverall it went very smoothly. Matthew and his crew came in and cleared out all our furniture and covered everything in plastic. Then they retextured our ceiling by removing the popcorn texture. Then they removed a 2-foot drop ceiling that we had in our kitchen, which included replubming everything that was in it. Then they knocked out a floor to ceiling cabinet and built new cabinets to extent our kitchen. Then they added new countertops and a new undermount sink. Finally they painted all the cabinets and retextured all the walls.
Description of Work: They completely remodeled our kitchen. This included knocking out a drop ceiling and replumbing it. Also included a new sink, countertop, cabinets and painting. They also retextured our entire downstairs ceiling to remove the popcorn.
