+ -1 moreThey were a little hard to get a hold of but when I left a message they called back within the hour. The plumber was late arriving to the home compared to the scheduled time window. It was blamed on Austin traffic which could be valid. When on site he diagnosed the leak as a shower pan issue and something I would have to fix; which ended up being no problem with a little grout and silicon. Unfortunately he said I need to call an electrician because both mains come into the town home close together. I felt like it was more of a response because he didn't want to deal with it. I'm just going to cut into the sheet rock myself and hope I see it.
Description of Work: My Home Warranty hired Plumbologist to inspect/ fix a leak in my shower. On the side, since he was there I wanted to pay him the normal rate to locate where my water main enters my town home so I could have a water refining system installed at a future date.
