+ -1 moreAfter an encouraging initial conversation with the technician, they will not return my call to schedule the work. It is a small operation so perhaps they are on vacation, but their automated greeting gives no indication of that.
Description of Work: After helping me determine the probable cause of my problem on the phone, I could not reach them to schedule to have the work performed. Since the AC works, I tried to reach them periodically over a two week period with no luck.

+ -1 moreSTEVE WILLIAMS DOES GOOD WORK. HE IS FAIR AND REASONABLE. I BELIEVE HE SHOULD GET A GOOD REPORT BECAUSE HE IS REASONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED THE WATER HEATER. HE CONNECTED AND INSPECTED THE PIPES AND CONNECTIONS.

Description of Work: HE CAME TO FIX A LEAK IN THE A/C UNIT. HE ALSO FIXED THE PANEL WHERE THE A/c RESTS OR SITS ON.
