 + -1 moreThey were un-prepared and not skilled to do the job. They were argumentative, could not explain simple concepts. The external tankless water heater was bid for a specific location. After paying the first small draw they realized the unit could not be installed where it was estimated. Obviously, they had no experience installing this type or they just didn't pay attention to the specs in the beginning. The new bathroom plumbing was bid as 'installed' bath, shower, toilet, and sink. After top out they demanded another $1,000 to 'set' the fixtures. This consisted of 'finishing' the pipes with valves, etc in order to connect the fixtures. In other words - install them. Then the crowning achievement. I noticed our lawn irrigation wasn't operating after several weeks. In discussing it with them they confessed to cutting off the line because they could not understand where it went. They NEVER mentioned it to me. I had to drag it out of them. Of course they then refused to correct it.
Description of Work: Replace main water line to house. Install tankless water heaters. New plumbing for bathroom addition.
