Extremely professional and responsive. Yet also friendly and personable. Diligent in looking for all possible areas that might cause our mysterious leak we haven't been able to locate for a year. He took photos of his findings on the roof so that we could see what he would be addressing/fixing. His quote was extremely reasonable, given the more-than-one-hour that he took to find our problem, then come back a few days later to fix it. We haven't had a rain yet to test his work, but I feel confident he found our problem - a nail in our roofing, sticking our of the shingle and creating a small hole. All other repairs/caulking we have done periodically. We feel that Jeff is a very honest, hard working man.

This review is long overdue! He left us samples for as long as we needed to decide on the color of roofing. That was very helpful. It was also nice to know that our insurance lady actually recommended him and he lived up to our standards and hers. Quality work. Prompt. Did a good job of cleaning up when they finished. Impressive how fast his crew works and does a good job. Wish we had chosen to walk around with them when they were cleaning up the yard to help them find staples. Because we have a dog, we needed our yard free of staples. It's hard to find every single staple/nail though. We have recommended them to our neighbors and will continue to recommend this company.

He was great. I had received an estimate from someone else and they quoted the work at about $400. It was great to get Jeff out for such a low price. He was very thorough, professional, conscientious and did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Jeff did a great job repairing damage on our roof. He gave an accurate assessment of the damage and gave us options for the repair. His bid was reasonable and he did not try to up sell us. His repair and the matching of the new shingles to the old was done so masterfully that the new blends in with the old. We would not hesitate to call him again.

Jeff Conzemius responded timely to my request for an estimate, gave us a thorough proposal and also provided upgrade options according to our questions. He also went above and beyond in working with us to come to a fair and agreeable price for the upgrades. Jeff further expressed concern about some possible rain coming the day of the re-roof and offered to put up some plastic if they were not able to proceed due to rain. Luckily, the rain held out and Jeff's crew arrived in the morning and finished most of the work by that evening. Jeff came back the next work day and finished out the little that was left and performed a walk-through to ensure everything was done properly. He then wrote up the invoice which accurately reflected his proposal and the agreed upon upgrades. We were very impressed with the re-roof and would proudly recommend Jeff and his crew. Update: Because this was our first roofing experience, we contacted Royce Moore of Inspection Services of Austin (also with great reviews on Angie's List) for an inspection. Royce said he usually finds at least one thing wrong, but in this case, he didn't find a single thing, not even a broken shingle. He gave Conzemius Roofing a top A1 grade. That confirmed it for us that Jeff did an amazing job.

Everything was done properly. I actually never met him, he did the work while I was at work.

Jeff Conzemius agreed to meet me the following day on his way back from a job in the Temple area. He arrived on time, and even called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on schedule. It took him about 30 minutes to find an area slightly away from the edge of the skylight where the shingle laps had been installed incorrectly by the previous roofer. We agreed on a price and he scheduled to return with the materials to complete the work in two days. Late the next morning he called to let me know he had finished another job early and would be able to get to my job that day. He arrived at about 2:00pm and was finished before 6:00pm. He cleaned up and hauled off the replaced materials. I had to wait for about a month to get a rain hard enough to really check out the repair. It is fixed. I would definitely recommend Conzemius Roofing.

During the last snow/ice storm with high winds we lost a good number of shingles and suffered a lot of damage to the back side of the roof. Repair was no longer an option and we needed a new roof. We now had exposed wood and the thought of the hassle and expense was depressing. We got several estimates to replace the roof and Conzemius Roofing was the best price. Just as important to us, Jeff Conzemius called us when he said he would, offered to work with our homeowners insurance, and was ready to begin working right away. We picked out the new shingle style, requested removal of the old electric roof vent, repair to the hole in the roof where the old vent was located, and replacement with new ridgeline vents instead. I worked from home on the day work was scheduled to begin so I could watch the progress. The crew arrived at the designated time and began working right away. Tarps were laid around the perimiter to catch the old shingles and nails. After the old roof was removed, the old vent hole was repaired with new wood and the new ridge vents were cut. The new flashing, roof paper and shingles were installed exactly as described in the estimate. The vent pipes were spray painted to match the new roof color. Each time I went outside Jeff answered all my questions and took time to explain the answers. All trash was removed and the yard was rolled with the magnet multiple times to remove the old nails on the ground. The crew didnt leave until I was satisfied with my final inspection. Having had poor experiences with other vendor workmanship in the past, working with Jeff and the crew was a breath of fresh air. The crew was efficient and provided top quality work. They really did exactly what they said they would do. Now when we go outside and see the new roof, we smile!

Jeff is very professional and obviously has a passion for his work. Ask him to describe different shingles and his face lights up. He'll get different samples out of his truck and describe everything from the materials to how they're placed - even the history of shingle types and methods. I can't remember half of what he told me, but it's good to see someone with that passion and dedication to his work. He's been doing this a long time and it shows.
