+ 0 moreChief bid $2,600 which was a good price but insisted on an $1800 down payment which is 70% of the project cost. That’s just not a good business practice. I ended up paying a little more but no down payment was required, paid in full upon completion and the job turned out great. So there’s never a time when a 70% down payment should be required. Better to keep looking.

Great price, professional crew, they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave trash, cigarette butts, etc. They even took umbrellas out to help when my family arrived in the rain with their two toddlers. They showed up when they said they would for estimates, and for doing the work itself, and met deadlines.
Description of Work: Built a 45 foot curved curb/ retaining wall. Reinforced with rebar, returned to plaster wall with finishing coat of cement.

+ -1 moreThey came when they said they would and did a good job of repair. They came back a couple of days later to finish up as there was a lot of moisture that made it difficult to complete in one day. They called me to let me know when they would return and to check on my satisfaction with the work.
Description of Work: Repaired a large hole in the masonry of our wall that resulted from plumbing work we had done.
