It was very good. They weren't bad but their equipment wasn't quite as good. The price was comparable with the last deals you would get. I don't remember what I paid for the deal in December but it was much better. I wouldn't use them if I got a deal like the one I got in December.

It was a waste of money and I saw no result when it was finished. I thought I just threw $99 away. I saw no difference after the job was done. The guy was extremely nice and professional.

The overall experience was ok but what I learned when they got here was that they did not use commercial grade cleaners. They did tell me about it prior to starting the job and actually volunteered to clean a small area to show me how it will come out. I thought that was thoughtful of them as it gave me a chance to make a choice. The small area cleanliness was relatively acceptable and I decided to just go ahead with the cleaning. Also, I was expecting a 2 step process, first the cleaning and second the sealing. However, the cleaner that they use does both at the same time. Don't know enough if that is good or bad, but just want to put it out there for others to decide. They also didn't have a commercial grade machine to thoroughly clean the floor, but rather use a brush that they use by hand which can leave spots. After they completed the job, I went around the house looking at the finished job and I did find several spots that were not cleaned and they did go over them. Nonetheless, I did find a spot that wasn't clean after they left my house, I did call them to have them fix it and they never called back.

It turned out okay. There was nothing special. It was pretty average. They're pretty good on their responsiveness. They were punctual. They were in and out in no time. They didn't spend additional time. There was nothing outstanding. He came and he put on his booties. I picked them because of the special deal and it was not different from any of the others.

I scheduled an appointment for them to clean my carpets on September 16th. He was very pleasant and helpful at that time. I wanted to discuss any extra costs for deeper stains. At that point, my air conditioning had gone out and I needed to reschedule. He said he would call me back to reschedule the appointment, but never did. Now it has been almost two months and he has not called nor responded to my attempts to contact him. I have contacted Angie's List for a refund and purchased a deal from another vendor.

First he was disappointed that I had new carpet. This was a grout cleaning job. Provider said he did what I paid for. It did not look like it so he said he could dye the grout all the same color. He would call back. He did not. When I called him I got promises to no avail. I would call him and he would promise again. This happened so many times I told him he nor his company would like what I would say on Angies List. I got another promise to take care of the situation. Nothing happened.

I tried numerous times to contact them every call went to voice mail. Angie's list was no help they could not reach them either. When I asked for a refund, Angie told me it was out of the 30 days. I had appointments but the company did not show and did not respond. Not happy with the company but also not happy with angie's list. I think they could have done more and back their customer not this company. So heads up if you do not get service make sure you let angie's know with in the 30 days because you are on your own.

Carpet Solutions has missed both appointments and now they have blocked my phone number.

GREAT! 2 VERY NICE MEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. ALL CLEANED ACCORDING TO REQUEST EXCEPT WHEN THE CARPET DRIED I NOTED SOME OF THE STAINS DID NOT COME OUT RE BOTTOM STEPS. NOT THEIR FAULT - WAS NOT NOTICABLE UNTIL THE CARPET DRIED OUT COMPLETELY. GREAT COMPANY & I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM AS I AM VERY SATISFIED! MARY LOU HEIMANN

I do not like writing negative reviews but the work is not yet performed. They were scheduled to be here yesterday at 9:00am. I had to leave at 10:45 for another appointment. All this was discussed when I made the appointment. No one came, no one called as to why they were not there. I called the company and the owner promised someone would be here today at 5:00pm. I got home around 3:30 today and waited and waited and finally around 6:30pm I figured no one was coming today. I called the number listed on the Deal and there is no answering machine....phone just rings and rings. I am very disappointed because I wasted two vacation days to be here to get the work done!

The representative was friendly and honest about setting expectations. The service seems more appropriate for floors than shower walls.

It worked out well. I didn't pay more than $89. It was some kind of steam cleaning process.

We scheduled right away and he called right away and the next day he didn't show up so I called him. He never returned my call and finally that he called and said that his guy was downtown, and he would get back with me so two days later he scheduled and a man came out and did the cleaning and did a great job. The service went very well. He did some things right but the lack of communication was the big issue.

Brandon contacted me and he was able to work us in prior to the 4th of July weekend. We had guests arriving on the 3rd and wanted to clean all the carpets before the arrival. I quickly showed Brandon the areas needing cleaning and he set about his work. His equipment is all self-contained. His fresh and dirty water all are contained within his van. We have three dogs that are in the house usually when we are. Two are small, but the third is a large bloodhound who has natural oils that can cause quite a smell at times. Brandon was able to make all the dirt and smell disappear. Well worth the investment! In the category of small worlds, as we walked past the kitchen Brandon asked who had built the cabinets. I told him and he responded that he thought so, that the cabinet maker was his grandfather and that he thought he remembered helping deliver the cabinets eight years previously.

I scheduled it for yesterday morning at 9 am. At 9 am he didn't show up. I initially called him at 9:15 am and he said he was 15 minutes away. He never came. I kept calling after that until about 1 and left voice mails. I called this morning and left a voicemail. I then called from an office phone and he answered. Right when I said my name he hung up on me.

Brandon arrived five minutes ahead of time which was great. He got right to work. After inspecting the tile to be worked on, he agreed that no cleaning was necessary. When he finished resealing the grout, because he had not had to clean any, he offered to return within a year and reseal the grout again to make up for not needing to clean. I will definitely take him up on this since I believe in keeping my house well maintained. He marked that on the receipt about the free return to reseal. I was very pleased.

We had scheduled Brandon to come on Friday, May 29th. We were getting our 6 month old puppy back from obedience school and needed any urine residue that she had deposited removed the tile. The dog was coming home on the 31st of May. He called on the 28th and said he could make it on Friday as he had a sick child, I told him that was fine and he said he would be there at 9:00 am on Saturday the 30th. He did not show up and we called him. Said he was doing a job in San Marcos, flood related. I wanted to cut him some slack, but we really needed this done. He said he would be there by 2 pm. He did not show up and did not call. The no call or communication was the biggest issue. My wife and I took turns at the house waiting for him and we finally got in touch with him at around 6:00 pm and he indicated that he would not be able to come on Saturday. We rescheduled for Monday the 1st and he did show up and did the work. No complaints about the actual work and it was nice of him to take care of the carpet in our bedroom. I feel bad about giving such a low rating, as Brandon was a really nice guy, but communication is at least as important as quality of work in my book.

BRANDON WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO WHILE I SHOWED HIM AROUND TO THE DIFFERENT AREAS THAT NEEDED CLEANING... HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND CLEAN AND DID A GREAT JOB...!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL THAT HAVE TILE THAT NEEDS A CLEANING...

I purchased it on Monday. They text me yesterday morning to please contact another number to set up an appointment. I tried calling the number periodically throughout the day but was never able to reach them. I also sent a text yesterday evening but that didn't work either.

I believe this is a single guy doing steam cleaning on the side of his regular job. He did a great job and I would give him an A+ rating if this were his full time business.

Brandon did a great job, fast, efficient, great tips for upkeep and follow up services, and very honest. I would recommend him to everyone!

They had called me to inform me that they were having issues with the carpet cleaning machine they use and I had an emergency I had to attend to. I thought they would reschedule and do the work when they had fixed their machine, but they came and did the work while I was gone, my Grandson was home while they came. The floors weren't cleaned very good at all and I was very disappointed by the service as a whole. At the very most they cleaned about 1,000 sq. ft. and you couldn't even tell they had cleaned that due to the poor job they did.
