+ -1 moreThey handled that and did it very well. They didn't charge me for the service call since I ended up buying a unit. They are very helpful, very knowledgeable about the product.
Description of Work: ARS had to come work on my heating unit and I ended up with a new air conditioning heating unit because mine was so old.
