AIM employees are not only very professional, but as friendly as can be! They were responsive and caring, both over the phone and in our home. We were very happy with the technical services performed. The technicians took the time to explain what they were doing, and walk us through things we needed to know - including how to set up the automated cooling schedule. The last time we bought an AC unit was 20 years ago, so it seems the cost is high. However, it is worth the cost, to have a trust worthy team and high quality Coleman unit. I will recommend this company to my family and friends!

As our conditioner quit cooling right in the middle of Hurricane Harvey I found myself in need of making a decision, replace or repair. After negotiating back and forth with my home warranty company I decided to replace the entire system. I had seen AIM heating and air conditioning in the neighborhood for the past few years and decided to check them out. After talking to neighbors and reading their reviews it appeared that they walked on water. It turns out they do. From initial contact, assessment of our needs, bid, and installation they performed far above my expectations. In a nutshell they did everything they said they were going to do and then above and beyond as they thought of and took care of those things most homeowners do not think about, like permitting through the city. AIM handled the entire process. In summary they did a great job, and in my opinion, for a fair price. My hats off to Kevin, Jesse, and Mike

Great, although he left out a few screws on the panel when he left. I had to go buy some and put them back in. Noticed he did not do a dry/wet bulb check to determine pressure needed, otherwise great.

Removed existing electric a/c system with new system. Including new air handler, heat kit, coil, touch screen thermostat, unit slab, whip, disconnect, heat pump condensing unit and float safety switch. Flushed current line set with nitrogen and RX-11 flush for conversion to R-410A. Added new Blown in insulation bringing the value to R-38 Replaced 9 duct runs and installed new plenum. Work was done professionally and competently. All the employees were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and always demonstrated their competence. Removal of the old system and installation of the new Lennox system was done with the utmost professionalism Great job gentlemen!

Of all the estimate we received the AIM tech, was the most thorough in determine our needs. They arrived promptly for the installation and completed the work in the time stated. AIM personnel also took care of the paperwork necessary for the rebate and filed it quickly.

Arrived one day earlier than originally scheduled. All workers and supervisor had an excellent attitude, explained things, and answered all questions. Completed installation in one day, cleaned up everything, and even fixed a couple of minor issues at no charge. Also submitted the rebate request to PEC for me, which was accepted by PEC the next day. Super service! This is the third A/C unit I've had them install, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else as long as they keep the price reasonable.

Nothing but over whelming praise for the original technician Jessi who diagnosed the problem and later took care of other issues with my condenser unit. Excellent work by the two gentlemen who came to actually install the coil system and helped with my installation of thermostat. I would recommend this company and want to give special thanks to all three technicians and to the company itself which made this repair a seamless and painless affair.

On time, efficient, and thorough, the initial assessment was much more detailed (measuring the entire house to determine needs) than other companies we checked with.

Everything was great. The crew was on time + were very professional. It took 3 visits to complete everything and they did a very thorough job – they even replaced the vent covers!

When our air handler leaked water out the closet and under our lament flooring, I new who to call. AIM has done work for us previously and this time was the same consistent customer service oriented call that we had previously received. We got quick friendly same day service. The technician, Jesse, checked our A/C unit in the attic, including the way the duct work and insulation had been installed. He then ran electrical and pressure checks on the outside unit. Afterwards he hosed off the coil in the outside unit. While doing this, he patiently responded to my questions about how the system worked, and what I could do to keep it maintained. He was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely would recommend this company.

I love Susie and her team. I've been using them for year and have a great experience every time. 3 years ago I had them replace my entire AC sytem. During the heat of the summer, my capacitor went out. They were awesome to send out one of their guys within just a few hours to get it fixed under warranty. We survived the heat thanks to them!

The only reason I didn't give this company an A in responsiveness was that although I purchased their special ($100 for $150 work) and (according to Angie's List) they were to call me last Friday, that didn't happen. I finally called them directly yesterday and they had someone out there that same afternoon. The repair man was very efficient, found the problem very quickly (a small hose had been chewed on) and also let me know that my water heater was leaking. All in all, I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them. However, I do suggest calling them direct.

I was an AIM A/C and Heating customer before joining Angie's List and was pleased to see they are so highly rated once I did join. My home was built in 1999 and the original builder-grade HVAC system was beyond its lifespan. Every month I held my breath waiting for the unwelcome, but inevitable, death of the A/C and/or furnace. The furnace quit working at the end of last winter so I called AIM for a check-up before turning it back on. Jesse and Rudy came out and performed a thorough inspection and explained in detail the existing problems and possible solutions. They were both courteous and professional. Since the A/C was still running obsolete R-22 coolant, and prices for new systems continue to rise as R-22 is phased out, I decided to replace the entire HVAC system the next week. The installers, Caleb and David (also professional and courteous), arrived promptly, wore shoe covers and protected my floor throughout the entire process. Kevin and Erica from the office even stopped by to check on things. After the system was installed, Kevin explained the digital programmable thermostat, and Caleb and David cleaned up everything before they left. My new system has been working seamlessly for two months and I already notice a savings on my utility bill. I am actually looking forward to our hot Texas summer! I highly recommend AIM A/C and Heating. Everyone I have worked with has been pleasant, courteous and professional.

We could not be happier. I did extensive research on Angie's list prior to contacting AIM. I read all of their previous reviews and was really impressed with what I read. As you might imagine, my expectations were high, based on the reviews I had read. AIM met or exceeded every expectation that I had. Within 5-10 minutes of talking with Kevin, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. He was straight up honest with us, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need ( a huge pet peeve of mine) and took the time to answer our questions and educate us so we could make the right decisions for our situation. Once we decided what we wanted, the entire AIM team was on time to their commitments, professional and respectful of our property.It's been nearly 4 months since installation. The equipment is performing beautifully. Kevin and the AIM team will be checking in on us throughout the year. If we need them, we have their number.including Kevin's cell phone! We are more than satisfied :)

Everything went great!!! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Kevin was prompt and courteous during the estimate, arriving on time and climbing into the very warm small attic to evaluate my cooling problems and insulation. He was the only one that actually went into the attic and walked around. He measured the house and addressed my cooling needs/concerns. The crew showed up on time and got started right away on the installation. They worked simultaneously in the attic while the other half of the crew starting the air conditioning replacement process. The crew sealed the ducts at the vents which didn't exist before. This has cut down on the indoor dust accumulation. No time was wasted on this day. They stayed on the jobsite all day. Everyone worked well together. It was plain to see the crew worked as a team. The communication between them was focused on getting the job completed. The crew was also courteous and respectful. They also laid down tarp in the work area inside the house. This was something I didn't even think about. The purchase also came with a rebate from the utility company and from the manufacturer which Kevin took care of. I would HIGHLY recommend AIM for you air conditioning and weatherization needs. Our 2 zone duct system was not operating properly in the delivery of air from the furnace to the numerous air vents in our 2 story house. Technician Jesus first replaced 2 damper motors which re-established air delivery to the second floor. He then diagnosed, located and repaired a wiring issue that was causing a serious problem of over delivery of air to the 1st floor. He also solved an issue caused by an error in the original system installation that connected 2 downstairs air vents to the operation of the upstairs vents.

They figured out the problem and it cost less than $100.00 and it is still working.
