+ -1 moreGreat work. Kirk was very professional and on point. As a homeowner i tried to make decisions that would cost me additional money. He did not allow me to make any mistakes. Kirk is very nonweldable and the work was perfect. i would recommend his company with the highest regard. In fact my neighbor next door say his work and need his assistance.

+ 0 moreKirk, with Smith-Bard Constructors was absolutely amazing to work with. We started with a 57” slope on our half acre lot which is not ideal, and we had between 20-25 large trees that needed to come down. Kirk was very thoughtful in his process, taking every tree into consideration before deciding it had to come down. Saving as many trees as possible was very important to us. The pads (house & shop) were completely level and exactly what he promised to deliver. We have a retaining wall area that was very tricky and gave us a lot of trouble, but with his expertise we were able to figure it out and complete the job. I would highly recommend Smith-Bard Constructors to anyone in need of their services, and will use them again myself should the need arise.
