Did not proceed with the project with Clarity. Received a competing bid that was better.

We just completed our 2nd pool (first one was at a previous house) with Clarity Pools. We have had two great experiences. Jeff (the owner) is great to work with and very hands on throughout the entire build process. His pricing is fair and his work is top notch. His responsiveness after the pool was complete has been fantastic as well. We interviewed several pool companies but some of the others you speak with a sales person and then they pass you on to someone else. We like that Jeff is a smaller company and is there from initial meeting all the way to the end. Can't recommend him enough!

They were professional and on time. I had no problems. We didn't go with them because we just didn't want to spend the money.

Clarity was one of many pool builders I contacted while researching my options for a new in-ground swimming pool. The owner, Jeff Moore, was great to work with and provided an outstanding design, but more importantly, shared invaluable information and insight to our research and decision making. Unfortunately we can only hire one person for the project and in the end, we contracted another pool builder that was highly recommended from a personal friend. For anyone wanting to build a pool in the McKinney and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend adding Clarity Pools to your research.

He was there every step of the way providing hand's on service throughout the job. His time estimates for completion were spot on and he and his crew arrived when they said they would. When they left each day the job site was left clean. Jeff has also built a pool for our family and we have recommended him to many of our friends. Jeff is not one of the big pool companies but his hand's on experience is what we truly loved about our experience.

We opted not to go with them because they would only be able to do part of the work and the contractor that we wnet with could do it all. We were impressed by their quality.

Quality and workmanship were superior. Jeff provides highly personalized service. Communication was excellent. A true craftsman, very dedicated.

The whole process exceeded my expectations!!! I knew building a pool (especially one this elaborate) would just be a hassle but Jeff was there every step of the way. He made sure everything was done to his level of expectation, the job site stayed much cleaner than expected and I was just amazed at his creativity when it came to the rock work (building the water features). Clarity Pools turned my back yard into an oasis. I can use it year round with the pool and spa combo but looking out my back windows every morning over coffee is truly amazing. Thank you Jeff for the wonderful product and service after completion!!!
