Description of Work: Had the guest bathroom completely redone from ceiling to floor and had a leak repaired on our tin roof. They replaced the ceiling, put in new lights and exhaust fan, new bathroom fixtures, surrounded tub with marble up to the ceiling. Put in new walls, finished them and painted them. They repainted the drawers in the master bath because the original painters did not use cabinet paint and the paint was chipping. Replaced the bathroom door and painted it. We had a minor leak from our tin roof (they did not install original roof). They put additional tin and stopped the leak. We have used D.A.R.T., Inc. before. They put faux wood siding around our entire house. These people are extremely professional, courteous, punctual and for the quality of work, reasonable in their prices. I have been extremely pleased that each day after work, they clean up. Your home is never left in a mess. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Description of Work: We contacted Jack Yarborough with DART Construction to submit a bid for the construction of our new home. He made an appointment to come to our current home to review and pick up the blue prints. He never showed for up for that appointment and did not call. We waited a few days before calling him. He finally came to our house and told us that he would have a bid ready in one week. That was two months ago. We have contacted Jack several times. He always says that he'll call us back or stop by our house but never does. He still has our custom blue prints that we paid a lot of money to have drawn up. Who knows maybe he is building our custom house for someone else. Very unprofessional....I'm glad that we chose Dennis Jones construction to build our new home.

Description of Work: REmodeled (2) 80" archways to match wall and added bedroom doors, painted room, trimmed out attic door, added crown molding & base boards to another room, removed paneling and replaced sheetrock of another room, taped, mudded& textured room, added window seals, painted room and trim.

Description of Work: Major remodeling. New kitchen cabinets (alder), custom wood ventahood, floors, custom fence gate, painting etc.
