FLEMING APPLIANCE

Description of Work: I purchased a new LG washing machine from a home improvement center which required repair immediately after delivery. The machine whistled loudly whenever I washed a load with warm or hot water. The LG representative told me that Fleming Appliance was a certified LG Repair center that serviced my area. I called and made an appointment for repair. It took a couple of weeks to get the appointment and Fleming Appliance two repairmen came out for a service call. They told me they would need to order a part which would take about a week to come in. The repairmen told me I would receive a call from their office to schedule a date for repair once the part came in. 6 weeks went by and Fleming never called me. Not only did they not call me, but they never returned the messages I left on their answering machine. LG representatives also attempted to call Fleming Appliances to find out what the problem was, but Fleming never returned their calls. I finally went back to the home improvement center and requested their help in finding a certified repair center that serviced the Central Texas area. The home improvement center also attempted to get in touch with Fleming Appliance but was unsuccessful.
