Wesco replaced my roof in early 2018 and did a great job. Fast forward two years to RBI’s week when I had a roof vent stack that had come loose and was leaning to one side. I called Art and he and Carl agreed to send Raul over to look at the issue. Raul is always focused on getting the job done. He came over around 7:30 pm and got right to work on the problem that included a disconnected vent from my water heater to the vent stack in the attic. My first call to them, the front desk said they couldn't answer my questions and would have someone call me back. When a man called back 5 days later, he said he would look at his schedule and get back to me. He never did. Very unprofessional. Can't rate their quality cause we never got that far. However, I did find a good roofer who got back to me immediately and we were happy with someone else.

I called Carl the moment I discovered the leak. He had a guy come out the same day to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. Only two days later and they were back to repair it. His associate did a great job and was very thorough. Highly recommended!

I called Wesco Roofing and the next day they came out to inspect and repair my roof. My roof is only 10 years old but I did notice a small leak around one of the vent pipes. They immediately took pictures of my roof and shared areas that needed attention. After agreeing to repairs, they went on the roof and did all necessary repairs. I am a Realtor and also use their services for roof inspections for potential buyers and for roof replacements.

Very professional, but personable interaction with both owners. Workers arrived early and stayed late until job was done (3 days with rain delays) and cleaned up very well. Very satisfied with the job quality.

Recently purchased this home. We had no idea that the patio roof leaked right on to my outdoor entertainment center. Looked on Angie's list and found Wesco Roofing. Called to have them come out and a**** the situation. They quickly arrived and determined that the patio roof was built incorrectly. There was no pitch to the roof, therefore it will be prone to leaking. They gave me a very reasonable quote to remove all previous roofing material and install new material designed for flat roofs. After they completed the repairs we had to wait for the first rain fall to see if the repairs worked. Much to our dismay the first repair did not completely work. I called up the guys at Wesco and the were out immediately. Raul came out and started on the second repair. Once again we had to wait for another rain event before we would know if the repairs worked. When the rain came it still leaked. Once again called them up and they were here the next day. This time Raul went overboard ensuring that this roof would not leak again. Here we are a couple of months later and after sever heavy rainfalls, absolutely no leaks whatsoever!!! Al thought they weren't able to completely get if fixed on the first or second try( which is common I'm told when trying to repair very complex situation) they were more then willing to go the extra mile to make sure it was done right. These guys will be my roofers for years to come. Any roof needs will be met by the crews at WESCO Roofing. I will recommend these guys to anyone need roofing repair.

Wesco crew arrived on time and did a great job. Finished the whole thing in 2 days includeing clean up. No problems at all. I highly recommend them.

I noticed a small leak around the exhaust vent of the heater during a sever rainstorm. I called Wesco Roofing the next morning and a supervisor was out to look a the leak that afternoon. He had a worker with him and they inspected the entire roof for any issues. My roof is only 10 years old. They took pictures of all issues and explained all work that needed to be done. Caulking starts to crack at around 8 to 10 years and it can lead to small roof leaks. They re-caulked and sealed all vent pipes and even replaced a few broken shingles on the ridge vent.

Wesco had a crew next door fixing my neighbor's roof. I asked them to come over and check ours out and replace some shingles. They did an inspection of the roof and took pictures to show us areas that needed repair. They had some of our shingles on their truck so they completed the repairs right then, and even trimmed off branches from the tree next door that were hanging over our roof. The owner apologized that he had to charge us $140 because the heavy duty shingles themselves were $60. We would use them again without hesitation. Great company.

I had several of my roofing vents leaking, therefore the urgency to replace them was paramount. I called Wesco roofing for help. They came out and inspected my roof . They gave me a price quote and explained in detail what type of products were being used. I was happy he was using quality products. He also told me about how long they would last, which was important to me because that allowed me to plan for the future. The job was completed very quickly and done professionally. I was satisfied with the work done to my home. It is hard to find good honest companies that understand their business and offer quality workmanship .Wesco is one such company. I would do business with them again.

They were very quick and efficient.

They quoted me $18000 on their services. My experience with them was good. Their quote was in line with everyone else. They were prompt whenever they said they would get here.

They called me back quickly, arranged for someone to come and give me an estimate the next day, and called to confirm the time for that appointment the next afternoon. The rep showed up, gave me an estimate, and started the work the next day. They finished the next day, including tearing off and repairing/replacing a section of the roof on a covered outdoor area, tore out the rotted part of the ceiling, rebuilt that, and repainted. They cleaned up very well, and it looks great. I thought their estimate was very reasonable so I didn't bother getting any others. I was very pleased and will call them when I need anything in the future.

Received multiple quotes from local service providers for roof and window work. Wesco's quote on roof and windows was not the cheapest but was very thorough and they made recommendations / upgrades that I wanted and was willing to pay for. Very responsive in returning phone calls and emails. They submitted all paperwork to our HOA for approval. Viewed several properties that they had done work on in Kingwood area and looked very nice. I will update my post once work has been performed--roof work should begin in the next few weeks.

Wesco does an excellent job. Crew was highly professional, punctual and management was highly responsive to addressing any issues, minor or major.

They never showed up, never called to explain, never returned our calls.

After hurricain Ike, we contacted Wesco to check out our roof. We knew we had minor damage but were uncertain of the extent. One of the owners set up an appointment to come at a certain time and day. At the time of the appointment, I happpened to walk out the front door and noticed two Wesco truckes leaving our cul-de-sac. thinking that perhaps there was a mixup on the address, I called and left another message confirming our address. There was no response. Over the next several days, I left several more messages trying to find out what was going on. They never even called back. We are now using another contractor to replace our roof.

I took a small crew about 2 days to replace and fix everything. They did forget to put the guards for my rain gutters back on when they were done, so I had to call them back out for that. They came right back out and did it for me though. They were very knowledgeable and left absolutely no mess behind when they were done. I gave them a C on Professionalism due to what happened with the rain gutters.

We wanted storm windows without spending too much. The double payne insulated are very expensive. The separate storm windows have helped out on bills and they are cost effective. The job took only two hours, and was done extremely well. The crew spent little time playing games, and cleaned everything up when they were done.
