It went GREAT!!

Did a good job. I thought it was a little pricey, but it was something I couldn't do myself, so I had to pay. Nice people to deal with.

We have not made a decision on contractor yet, and if we have Clayton do some or all of the work, I'll add to the review. But I wanted people to know that, in my opinion, just based on the estimate experience and follow-up, Clayton's expertise and his customer service are outstanding. Have him give you a bid. And thank you, Clayton!!!

They were at the house at 8:00am and worked until about 7:00pm. It was one of those 95 degree days in June. It was a very hot day and I felt sorry for the guys because it was so hot and humid. What made things a little messy was that it rained the day before, so the soil was pretty moist. Anyway didn't seem to bother them and they worked through it...

Clayton and his two man crew arrived promptly and on time for our appt. (*they actually arrived 10 minutes early). Clayton even called the day before (on a SUNDAY afternoon) to confirm everything. Once they arrived, they immediately got to work. Each section was lifted and voids/sunken areas were filled in underneath with crushed granite and the sidewalk slab straightened and repositioned and leveled back into their original location. Clayton and crew were extremely professional and thoroughly cleaned up the area before they left. They completed the entire job in approx. 3 hrs. AMAZING! I would not hesitate to use Clayton again and as a matter of fact, I plan to when we eventually replace an old walkway on the side of our house. Was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use and/or recommend Mr. Sidewalk! FYI, Clayton charges $250 for the first concrete sidewalk section, and each additional section is $100 each.

Clayton of Mr. Sidewalk in Houston was able to schedule me immediately and raised the slab for a very reasonable price. He was able to out-bid 5 other companies by a long shot. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone I know.

Awesome. I wasn't going to bother refixing the the panel by the street because although they'd sunk as well it wasn't that bad.... But he said, they were there, they might as well fix them all. All perfectly level.

He came and leveled 4 or 5 of our sidewalk pieces. It was done professionally and in very short amount of time. My husband, an engineer, was very impressed by Clayton personally and also how the actual work was performed. It was a very positive experience.

Clayton (owner) called us soon after we left a request on their website. He came out the next morning as promised and gave us an estimate which we considered very reasonable. We set up a date and time for the services. He called the day before to verify they would show up between 8-8:30am. Sure enough, he and his assistant came as promised and got to work immediately. He checked with us periodically whenever he had any questions. The finished work looks great and they cleaned up everything so you'd hardly know anyone had been there. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure dealing with an honest, ethical and responsible business owner. I just wish we had more businesses like this to choose from for other services. We highly recommend them if you need any sidewalk repairs. Thanks Clayton and crew!!

The owner came to give me an estimate on the same day I called. The work was promptly completed in a professional manner on the day scheduled. Was a quality job with no surprises.

Scheduling was easy. Called a number of times before service to verify address and service.

Professional with scheduling, punctuation and quoting. Arrived slightly earlier, but gave some notice, The blocks around the poor deck, some areas connecting were not done smoothly. The last session turned out to be around a pipe which cracked. The crew did take the responsibity to lift the session and expose, but I wish they would be more careful

The whole experience was positive. Due to a relocation, we needed someone to level several sections of sidewalk surrounding our corner lot. From the first call, Clayton was very responsive, detailed and professional. He and his team member arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and time and walked us through the process of the work and how it would be done. Very competent and would definitely recommend him to others.

I would highly recommend this provider if my sidewalk circumstances were different. I did not use this provider for this particular project.

Clayton was first class all the way. He explained that this wasn't something he normally does but he'd be willing to take it on for me. This was a relief as most contractors I contacted did not want to take on a small job like this. Communication on the phone and email was good, he showed up on time and completed the work promptly. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Cost was $100/square. Method was to raise the square and shoveling crushed granite underneath to the point that the square was level. 6 months later one square had sunk a little bite, but not enough to have him come back. Said he gave a 5 yr. warrantee. If I did it again I would call someone who took out the sections and replaced it with new concrete which I did not do.

It went great. They arrived on time and got right to work. They moved the entire sidewalk slab out of the way and dug out all of the roots that had caused the slab to be uneven. Then they put the slab back, making sure it was level and solidly in place. No drilling into the slab was necessary with their process. Clayton also removed some tree roots that were in our yard going toward our sidewalk and foundation. They were great guys and we would certainly not hesitate to use their service again.

They came out and did the work and we haven't had any problems or complaints. It was a success.

I called four companies after business hours knowing that I would not hear back until the following day. I was surprised when I received a call back later in the evening. I was originally quoted $325 for the job when others were quoting between $500 and $600. To be fair, others were going to repair the entire sidewalk but I only wanted a portion done due to a citation from my HOA. Mr. Sidewalk had a $300 minimum while others had a $500. After speaking with the scheduler, I was actually put on the phone with "Mr. Sidewalk" and we talked through the issues. Again, all of this was after hours on a Friday night!!!!! Project day came and he was right on time. What he thought was going to be an hour and a half job turned in to a three hour job only because the area that I needed repaired was extreme and it was causing issues down the line. They worked their tails off trying to get the job done for the quoted amount but could not. The quote was done over the phone (I was on a time crunch and needed the job done very quickly) He sincerely was apologetic that more work was required because of the deference in panels. The price went up only $75 bucks because he said that "it would not be right to charge any more than that since someone else was going to do the entire job only a couple hundred more." That was really appreciated. The other thing that was really cool about his technique compared to what everyone does is that there are no concrete fill marks like you see when someone mud jacks. Your panels will look just like they were before the job started. That was really important to me and overall I still saved money by doing only what needed to be done. Very friendly fellow and I would definitely use them again.

Carlton, the owner of the Mr. Sidewalk came and performed the raising and leveling of a section of our front sidewalk that had been sunk and crooked for years. He was very prompt and extremely professional and explained what he would do and how long it would take. He also explained some details about why the sidewalk had sunk and other technical aspects. I could not be happier with the final outcome and our level sidewalk. I don't need to be concerned with anyone tripping or any kind of biking accident. The only regret is that I didn't have this done a long time ago! Thumbs way up!

Mr sidewalk guys did a great job. These guys worked hard and didn't waste time. . They showed up on the day approved and cleaned up after. Panel looks great.

Mr sidewalk was very efficient and the price was right. I had 1 section of my sidewalk that had settled and created a trip hazard. The HOA had sent nasty grams and it's irritating to have to fix something you don't own, so I was after a cost effective solution. The slab was in good condition, so replacing it didn't make sense. The option of drilling holes and having it lifted was quite a bit more expensive. Mr Sidewalk's price was excellent and the work was completed quickly without issue. I also didn't need to be home while the repair was being made. I'm very satisfied with the results. A year later the sidewalk slab hasn't settled further and still looks good. Definitely the way to go if you have a sidewalk that needs some adjusting.

Mr. Sidewalk has a unique and different way of leveling sidewalks. Instead of drilling through and using fresh concrete, they lift each individual slab and fill in as needed. They also will pour new concrete if necessary (broken slab, etc.). Overall, our Homeowners Association Board was very pleased, both with the quality of the work and the reasonable price.

They showed up at the time they said they would, were very personable and professional, and completed all the work asked. I couldn't ask for anything more.
