They completed the job very efficiently and the quality and final results were perfect.

They fixed our sunken sidewalk perfectly. They have great customer service. I called after they initially came out to do repairs bc I noticed a few spots that I thought could use more leveling. They came out the next day to get it just how we wanted. Highly recommend

Did not use Mr. Sidewalk of Houston. We received an estimate for one part of a three part project with no person to person contact. Estimate was placed in our mailbox even though we were home.

My home insurance said I had to fix my sidewalk or they would cancel my policy. In all of the mudjacking, foam lifting and concrete companies I contact, Mr Sidewalk came in the lowest price. They also do not drill holes in the sidewalk unlike any of the other options I looked at. I was so happy with the sidewalk, I got them to lift my driveway which sank around 4 inches on the left side where it meets the street. They did foam injection on the driveway and it looks fantastic, they did have to drill holes for that, however they are not very noticeable. Everything was exactly as described and I didn't even have to be home when they did the work, they sent pictures via text to make sure I was satisfied. Would use again

They did a great job. I also utilized the foam injection application and was so impressed that I had them do additional work on a section around my pool.

They were professional. They did a good job, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up well.

Everything went great. He answered all my questions and communicated throughout the project whether I was at home or away. My driveway was completed on time and within the price he stated. Clayton and his team were very professional. My driveway looks better than it did before it was damaged.

Employees showed up on the designated date, removed the existing displaced concrete driveway panel, removed roots under the demolished panel, placed rebar, doweled into existing driveway on both ends, and poured and finished new concrete panel all in one day. Workers were experienced and provided very satisfactory work.

I met with Clayton Smith before the job began and told him I only wanted to replaced the badly broken driveway parts. The texture of the the new would only need to match the old since I would paint the whole driveway so as to not see where the old and new parts are. Against my directions the concrete was stamped with a border, when it occurred I informed Clayton to fix it, he never did! He informed me this is their standard of how their work is performed. And refused to do anything about it. Also the whole area they worked was left filled with concrete powder on all my surfaces, and dirt on my driveway from all their work. I had before that paid for power washing of my whole home and driveway, now I would be faced with another cost to clean it up after the workers. A deep crack was found on my ajacent slab that directly lines up with a newly installed broken board that was installed during the work. It can not be coincidence. Of Clayton’s own admission, 2 form boards were not removed, by my door. The workers used my outdoor electrical out, and left it with a broken cover on the newly cemented porch. Clayton Smith was pushy about collecting the remaining balance before the problems have been corrected, and tells me most of his customers don’t put up objections to this. He acted belligerent when I didn’t agree to meet with him to “discuss” the problems in person. Even though I had wrote out the issues in a text to him with pictures, and asked him to inform me in writing what he intends to do to fix the problems. His response, “deny, deny, deny”. His bullying tactic to get me to submit to paying the remaining balance before the issues his workers caused are remedied, is unacceptable and no one should be faced with this intimidating/bullying behavior. There is no excuse for his behavior. I would not recommend hiring him and his subcontracting company and workers. Very, very bad business practices. I asked for references and checked them out, but now I don’t believe them.

The crew of Mr. Sidewalk was very professional. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them and use them in the future for other projects.

Clayton was very responsive. I called and he provided his costs right away. We set up a day and time to get the work done. I received a call the day before to confirm the time. Clayton called me once he knew he would be delayed because of the previous job (only by 30 mins). The work went smooth and it was considerably less than other quotes for the same work.

Great! They leveled with no ugly holes in the pieces! Our HOA said afterward that one piece was still not level and Mr Sidewalk came back out and corrected that one piece again quickly and no extra charge

I ended up not doing it because the sidewalk repair would have harmed one of the tree roots. They said that what was causing it was the tree root was causing it to be unlevel and they would need to cut out the tree root to level the sidewalk. We didn't want to damage the tree.

Workers were unsure of the area of sidewalk to be fixed (i.e., they were considering leveling the sidewalk next door!) but once that was resolved, work was excellent, timely, and reasonably priced.

Excellent--on time, repair done properly. Very cooperative. Contacted us in AM on day of repair, as requested. No problems.

Good, quick and easy. only 1 demerit for not filling the small depressions left in my yard.

Performed good job as promised. Not a permanent fix but effective.
