Lightspeed did an amazing job for our home networking / camera install. They installed my equipment for a fair price and exceeded my expectations. A lot of folks just want to show up and do the easy job of running cables almost entirely outside your home, but Lightspeed did the job right. They explained everything from start to finish and gave me options for different ways to run cables at every step of the way. Running cables in a finished home is no easy task, but these guys did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. This company is TOP NOTCH!! I could not be more thrilled. They were VERY patient and answered all of my questions in detail. Pricing was fair and in line with others. It is not too often one finds a family run business anymore, however they are! All of the wiring was done professionally, the cameras were strategically placed for my situation, and everything is working FLAWLESSLY. These guys REALLY know their business and have the customer service skills and personal touch that have all but disappeared in today’s world. Give them a chance, they will not disappoint!

This was such an easy upgrade to our security system! The techs (Chris and Lazaro) were extremely efficient and professional. They pulled new wires for everything, and the system closet has never looked so neat. After everything went in, they were careful to adjust the cameras exactly the way we wanted them. We replaced a seven-year-old Samsung system, and the new system is light years better and so much easier to use. A good, complete User Manual was available, and instructions are clear and easy to understand. Plus, the techs gave us an excellent tutorial before they left. Their work was fast and clean, and their attitude was friendly and helpful. Plus, their Pandemic protocols made us feel very comfortable while they were in our home. We would highly recommend Lightspeed Security to anyone looking to upgrade or install a system.
