They did the job fast and was able to get us started during the holidays fast without any inconvenience. We would definitely recommend them and will hire them again for future projects. Description of Work: No project is without its bumps, especially in an older home like mine, and this was no exception. To me, however, it's not the problems you run into, but how you deal with them when you do and it's for this reason more than any other why I would highly recommend K2. The other thing that can go out the window on these projects is a budget that goes out of control, or timelines that get stretched out. Neither of these issues was present with my project. The cost came in right where they said it would, and they started the project ahead of schedule. Damon did a great job making sure the sub-contractors he used did quality work and we are very pleased about the final product. Thanks K2 and you have my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: Brandon, the one who performed the work, was awesome. Damon, the job manager/coordinator, was very pushy when selecting design, was not very good at communicating, and was not pleasant to deal with. Every delay was blamed on me, and every change order managed to always be a $250 charge. He was not good at customer service, and if I use them again, it will only be if Damon is not the job manager.

Description of Work: I had a remodel of two baths and my kitchen. To start off, Stephen came to call and went through what the company was about and what they could do. He was extremely patient with me, as it took me quite a few calls to decide exactly what I wanted to do and what my budget would allow me to do. When work started, Brandon was absolutely fantastic. His work is meticulous (and I am fussy, believe me). If they encountered something unforeseen, he was able to come up with a plan and execute it with finesse. He was always on time and was there until he got the work done. He incorporated my changes without complaint. The project did take longer than expected, but it was a big project and had a lot of moving parts. I am extremely happy with the finished product and ecstatic with the workmanship.

Description of Work: They came to our rescue when our contractor became ill halfway through a bath renovation job and left us without a shower, as in "up a creek without a paddle". Fair price and very professional work done. We highly recommend K2!!!!

Description of Work: My bathroom was gutted, the toilet and sink were replaced, the tub was replaced by a shower with sliding glass doors, the electrical was updated and a very quiet fan replaced the very noisy one I had. And the floor was leveled and re-tiled. | |K2 was great at keeping me apprised of what was planned for the day, then what was accomplished. They then let me know what was planned for the next day. These guys were professional, polite and respectful. Because I have only one bathroom, they planned their work so they could get the toilet in as soon as possible. There was one mixup I wasn't satisfied with and it was dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. I have already recommended them to others.

Description of Work: We met with K2 to get ideas for updating our main floor. The meeting was very chaotic, jumping from subject to subject and left us confused when he left. It appeared that they were trying to sell us more than we were interested in doing at the time. This may not be the case. Maybe there was just a communication problem. Either way we have chosen not to use them.

I put a request in their online order form and got an automated response soon after saying that they'd "be in touch shortly". That was almost a month ago and we haven't heard anything. We're obviously looking for another contractor now.
