Houston Custom Carpets did an excellent job restoring our home after a flood. Matt Warsinger and his crew were professional and did awesome work. I would hire them again and hightly recommend them to anyone else.

I have purchased many products on many occasions from Houston Custom Carpets both personally for my house and corporately for our church. The owner, sales team, warehouse personnel, and installation crews have always exceeded my expectations. I have purchased commercial carpet, tile, commercial bathroom stalls and commercial bathroom sinks. I highly recommend Houston Custom Carpets.

Fantastic Honest Company! My home flooded on December 14 when pipes burst and caused extensive damage to my home. After my home was repiped, Houston Custom Carpets Flooring and Remodeling came to my rescue and repaired everything beautifully! Matt Warsinger, Design and Structure Specialist, was my main contact. His team of professionals were honest, courteous and responsive and repaired my home in less than three weeks! Their prices were reasonable and their carpentry work exquisite! HCCFR’s carpet is so luxurious and their pad is so thick and excellent quality. All of their work has a warranty. Additionally, Matt Warsinger negotiated with my insurance company for a full recovery of all my damages! I can’t say enough good things about Matt Warsinger and Houston Custom Carpets Flooring and Remodeling.! They are a fantastic company!

Outstanding work. Very professional and punctual. It all started with a visit to Houston Custom Carpets to look for carpeting for our new house. Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased and happy with the amazing work completed on our house from Houston Custom Carpets.

The 3 day process went seamlessly from the purchasing process through out the installation. The entire team was very professional. The installers were very conscientious about respecting the space they were working in, protecting areas with drop cloths for floors or counters depending where they were working. I was also very impressed with their cleanup after each installation. Great work!

Honestly I don’t know where to begin. Everything with Matt from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. From the crew that came to the house, scheduling, and communication were all wonderful. They did an amazing job and we would most certainly hire them again! Thanks MATT!!!

Houston Custom Carpets did an outstanding job improving and updating our master bath. Everyone involved provided us with excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, attentiveness to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness during the project, and keeping us informed of scheduling and any other issues. Our project started with a visit by Matt from the showroom to understand our needs. He was excellent at providing options and being very detailed in his assessments of what we had to work with and how different design elements might work. We especially appreciated how he worked to get us exactly the shower tiles that we wanted, when one of our choices was not available. He kept in touch with us during the process, including coming by to review the progress. When work started, Cindy from the warehouse was our main contact. From the start, she kept us fully informed of what craft was showing up at what time and if there were any changes she always kept us informed. There were no surprises. All of the craft men arrived as scheduled. They made sure our floors were protected from where they entered at the front door. And carefully cleaned up after each visit. Alfredo handled the shower demolition and rebuild. He is highly skilled and professional. He let us know when there was one problem with the tile we ordered, but in the end he solved that problem and the shower turned out just as we wanted. Oscar handled the plumbing installation. He also proceeded in a very professional manner. He pointed out something he thought we might want to correct, which we did. And that was much appreciated. Installation of the shower door and some carpentry work was also handled with professionalism and without any wasted time. And Erik did a beautiful paint job, with attentiveness to detail, neatness and customer service. We would definitely recommend this team from Houston Custom Carpets.

Our downstairs master closet had a line break, which flooded the downstairs. The work consisted of master bathroom and closet remodel, workout room remodel, wood flooring, and carpet throughout the house. Matt, with HCC led the effort of the rebuild, options for upgrades, and went to great length, asking questions, to see if what he was proposing would suit our needs and budget. Their contractors were responsive, communicated very well with me upon their arrival, and I was very comfortable that all issues that had arisen were to be taken care of. Quality was what we were looking for and given the time of many contractors out there working, I felt that Matt was dedicated to performing quality work, understood the intricacies of water mitigation, construction, insurance dynamics, design, and he treated my home as if it was his own and met all aspects of what I was looking for in putting this work into HCC's hands. If you are looking for an honest company, who has attention to detail, and performs quality work, HCC is an excellent choice. Would highly recommend.

Houston Custom Carpets did an excellent job with our remodel of two bathrooms and all the upstairs flooring. Matt was extremely helpful with insights about tile and carpeting and offered suggestions and options while paying close attention to what we wanted in each space. Once the job started, Cindy and Randy at the warehouse were meticulous about keeping us appraised of scheduling and making sure that everything went smoothly. Allen Little was our salesman and an extremely knowledgeable person about flooring. I was super impressed with his professionalism. Alex and crew did an excellent job of tearing up the old and laying our new tile. They were super about cleaning up as they worked. I love the way the tile looks! I plan to use Allen on future home improvements!

Project managers did not have any construction experience. Even told me that a pea trap was not required for a shower. Whirlpool tub did not meet manufacturer's installation requirements - not supported as required - 4-8" higher than manufacturer's recommendation, shower leaks, grout came out of shower floor, tile at shower threshold came loose, a first year shop student could have done a better carpentry job.

Everyone from beginning to end was kind, honest, helpful and professional. Sales people were not pushy and very informative, installers were precise and clean. Overall, pleasant experience!

This is the second project I have used Houston Custom Carpets, they are a real stand up company. Both projects they were there as promised and completed work like they said the work. My hats are off to the installers, very clean and hauled away all of the left over trash. My wife is already saving money for our kitchen project after the holidays..

I've never had any issue with anything they've done. When they say it's going to happen, it happens. They did a beautiful job on our carpets and we were very happy with their service.

It went excellent, from the designer to people who did the work. Our whole neighborhood was flooded. our house was the first that was done. The designer name is Ramiro was wonderful.

I really like them. They was really good to work with. My son-in-law recommended them and they are real please with them. Even that happen they great and professional. everybody was professional.
