+ -1 moreMy wife's i-pad stopped working for no apparent reason. Apple walked me through diagnostics over the phone but a solution could not be found. I took the i-pad to Gadget MD Kingwood about noon based on a positive recommendation from my daughter. The i-pad was repaired in a few hours. Overall, the experience could not have been any better.
