Dj Painting & Carpentry

I was extremely disappointed. The work was mediocre. Some issues like certain siding was supposed to be replaced that wasn't. Certain items were painted in a given position but not moved and repainted (e.g. blinds and locks). The crew was nice but they helped themselves to our garage. They used my saws without permission. No real issue with them using my saws but #1 ask and #2 please move the saw so it doesn't get sawdust all over my other tools. They also used our outside refrigerator. Again, no issues with them using it; HOWEVER, our outside fridge doesn't shut well and they didn't bother to tell us they were using it. Every single thing inside spoiled. Those were tolerable issues. Annoying but the price was good so fine. The straw that broke the camel's back was they didn't complete the painting job. We had multiple areas in need of massive touch up. They initially claimed it was "shadows". Absurd. Then they said they would handle it immediately. After 3 months and multiple "We will be out by Monday" replies, I had to paint it myself. I paid someone so I wouldn't have to paint it. I was warned about DJ and I didn't listen. I hope others heed this warning. I wouldn't use them again regardless of price.

Oleg and his crew have done other jobs for us in our old house, so I already knew they would do a great job. His crew showed up early two days later, after the estimate, and did an excellent job! I couldn'the tell where the chair rail had been, and they painted the walls and the ceiling in one day.

DJ Painting did a great job! We didn't have any major issues, probably because "the main guy" was always checking-in and responding to any concerns that we had... which really weren't many. The overall job got started a bit later than we initially decided, but they worked efficiently to meet deadlines and the clean-up was pristine. They even offered a few "extras", such as removing a wall intercom speaker, patching the wall and then painting over it - looks perfect! We will definitely use them again when we are ready to paint our exterior.
