I can't more highly recommend Decker's Carpet Cleaning. I've used them for almost 7 years now and their professionalism, customer service, and quality of work is top notch. They are great to work with, and my carpets look brand new every time they are done. You can not find a company that will give you a better result with your carpet cleaning than Decker's!

The results were excellent. It turned out much better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend Mike to anybody looking for excellent workmanship at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, very fast and polite

I've used Decker's for 2 years to clean my carpets and upholstery. They are always on time and they do excellent work! Mike and his team have been able to restore my carpets and couch to look like new when I didn't think it was possible. You won't find a better company anywhere!

From the first, when I called to schedule a no notice full house carpet and upholstery cleaning appointment to the end when Mr. Decker and his co-worker left our home the next day, we knew this was (and is) a local business and family worthy of our continued support! The service was fine. They were on time as advertised and did a good job.

Great. Skunk sprayed by dogs and they ran in and wiped themselves all over my sofa. Decker's came out the same day, provide great customer experience and got the smell out 100%.

I've used them for the past 2 years and every single time they come clean my carpets (I have a regular maintenance contract with them) they provide beyond top notch customer service and excellent work. The service went perfectly & they respected my time. Most companies give a 4 hour window of when they will show up. Decker gave a 30 minute window and honored it.

We originally used Decker?s to clean our carpets and they did an outstanding job. This made us choose them to clean and caulk our shower tile. We would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning but was not 100% satisfied on the shower cleaning. It looks cleaner but the price was very high for the results. There are places that still need to be re-grouted and we will have to pay someone else to do it. I think for $540 those areas should have been covered.

Mike Decker from Decker Carpet Cleaning showed up right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to clean my rugs. I got an estimate ahead of time. The work was done diligently and well. I'm very happy.

Mike arrived and reviewed what I wanted done. He was personable, professional and did an outstanding job! I was amazed at how nice my carpet and sectional looked when he was done! I've used Deckers before and it is always an excellent experience.

From scheduling of the appointment, the friendliness of the people I spoke with, through the explanation of my cleaning options by the technician, understanding my concerns and needs, and delivering excellent results! This company understands customer service and is professional in every aspect. I will be signing up for a regular cleaning plan with Decker and don't hesitate giving them my highest of recommendations!

They did a great job. Two technicians showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and completed the job in about 4 hours. No complaints! Would use again.

Decker arrived on time. The team was very professional. They did an outstanding job on cleaning the carpet. They explained the process prior to starting and provided detail instructions after they finished the job.

John did a straightforward job of cleaning the carpet in the selected area. The next day we became aware of two spots we had never seen before that had become visible. We called the office and Mike came right out, explained what probably happened,(material had wicked up from old spills due to the cleaning) and took care of them immediately.

It was the first time I had my carpet cleaned. I think the carpet is clean, but it didn’t dry as quickly as I wanted it to, so it had a little bit of an odor, until it did dry and then it went away.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY HARD TO PLEASE US. ESTIMATED FOUR HOURS AND THAT IS WHAT IT TOOK. THEY SPENT TIME TO CLEAN UP AND ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP WITH ANY OTHER FURNITURE MOVEMENT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN...

I had Decker's Carpet Cleaning come out and clean the floors (tile & carpet) of a new home I was closing on. Setting the appoint was easy; the team arrived on-time, was professional and did a fantastic job. This is the second time I've used Decker's services and both experiences were A++. In summary: would definitely use again; highly recommend.
