LaDonna worked with us to create a design that fit both my husband's and my style. She offered many options of great fabric, and even sent samples to our house for us to review while were contemplating the final design. The turnaround time from order to installation was quick (~4 weeks), and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. There was a little issue with the roman shade pulling in at the sides at first, but LaDonna came back within the week and spent a couple of hours fixing the shade to eliminate the issue and be to our liking. She said she wanted us to be 100% happy, and we are. We are extremely pleased with our new window treatments and how everything turned out, and are appreciative of LaDonna's willingness to continue helping us until we got everything perfect. I also received several other quotes for the project prior to deciding to go with LaDonna. The design for each quote was almost identical, but LaDonna was by far the most competitively priced, and the quality in my opinion was still excellent. I would definitely hire LaDonna for future projects at my home and recommend her to family/friends.

The owner Ladonna is an excellent professional. She has a very good eye for colors and design matches. I am very happy with the results. She is a consumate professional who delivers what she says she will. Installation was fast and efficient with a constant eye to detail and excellence. You will not be disappointed in her work.

Installed interior blinds and shutters. It went very well other than they were late a few times. The installer, Alex, did an excellent job. He was very concienence and went out of his way to do the job right.

Ladonna was very easy to work with and very professional. She listened to my ideas and created beautiful window treatments from our ideas. The finished product is beautiful and I just love all of my new window treatments. She worked within my budget to get the look and designs I wanted.

I found La Donna on Angie's List. I called her because her address was in my area of town and she had a good rating. I left a message on her website and she got back with me in a timely manner. We scheduled a time for her to come to the house to give me an estimate. She was very professional and polite. She took measurements, told me what she would do, and gave me a verbal estimate. The estimate sounded a little high but I was anxious to get the job underway. She told me it would take her about 4-5 weeks to get it done and that's about what it took. She and her son came back to the house to install them. They did a great job and the draperies look wonderful. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when she gave me the invoice. It was less than the quoted price!

LaDonna Winters is very friendly and easy to talk to. She seems to know what she is doing. I am happy with her.

LaDonna is the most pleasant person to deal with, she is very knowledgeable, she listens to closely to what you are looking for. She created several designs for the family room and breakfast area. She noted the furniture colors and artwork. She came to my home several times with material patterns and suggestions, both what she recommnded and was honest about what I had wanted :"might not work". Once we agreed on the design and material, it took about 5 weeks to complete the manufacturer. We had a schedule planned for the installation and due to a family emergency, I had to cancel on short notice. She was so understanding and accommodating. When I called her back to reschedule, she was able to very quickly get me back into her schedule. The drapes needed some adjustments, she came out in the evening the next week and fixed them. I love the drapes. I am still waiting on the plantation shutters; but I added them into the order well after the initial order. I have no doubt they will be perfect and if not, LaDonna will do whatever it takes to make it right,. LaDonna is so sweet and so pleasant and so very professional. I would definintely recommend her again, she does great work, her prices are very reasonable and she is quick. She commits to what she says!
