Beyond Blue Pools

Beyond Blue does my normal service but had some issues with my flagstone coping coming off the sides. They were able to fix it and get it done and I'd recommend them to everyone.

Reliable pool service which I was thinking was going to be an impossible task. They do a great job and are always respectful of me and my kiddos. I do not have to question if they came like some of my previous companies as I get a report at end of each service. Always nice to get a live person on the phone too.

I was having quite a few service issues with my previous company. Pool was always turning green and not ever getting truly clean. I hired these guys and they diagnosed the main issues that the other company were neglecting. Had to spend a little to repair some items (I didn't even know were not working) and the pool has been great ever since. Good communication as well. No one is perfect but you can tell they try.

Went well. They took the time to walk me through all of the options. A few setbacks with weather but overall great job.

Replaced a pool motor for us. Will hire again for issues.

Great work! I've been so pleased with the weekly cleaning since I switched to beyond blue pools. Plus my pump was acting up and it turned out to just be conflicting settings in my control panel and they got that taken care of free of charge on the first visit. Since then, my pool hasn't looked better and I like the report I get on my service each week.

I had requested to be close to the last service call for the day due to the tree removal in the morning. Woodlands Luxury Pool was able to arrange the pool tech's schedule to accomodate this request. They did a wonderful job of getting almost all of the tree removal debris out of the pool. They also pointed out the the water faucet on the side of the house was leaking, perhaps from damage by the tree removal company. This pool company pay attentiion to details & always contacts us about problems that they notice during their normal weekly service. if a small item needs to be replaced, they just do it as a service to their customers. Anything that needs more extensive repair or service is always addressed promptly and we are asked to approve or decline the item. They exemplify excellent customer service and I highly recommend their services.

I've used Woodlands Luxury pool service for the past year. I've had nothing but good service from them compared to others which have been unreliable. They are reliable, consistent and above all provide good communication, such as letting us know ahead of time if weather or any thing else has disrupted the regular schedule. When the pool was brand new and the weather was just changing we had one event of the water starting to tint green, we made a call and they were out the next day to adjust the levels.
