My blind got stuck. I was told that if i had any problems to contact the office so I did. I sent a text because that was how i was contacted for the installation. No answer, so i called. The guy who answered tried to troubleshoot me with the blinds however was unsuccessful. He then told me ill be in your area later on this week to send him my address. He seemed very irritated and had an attitude over the phone. Needless to say he never bother to show up or follow up with me either.

We had our cellular shades and motorized roller shades ordered through American Design after months of research and numerous quotes from different companies. We are extremally happy with the product and the whole process. From appointment scheduling to installation, absolutely flowless. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. + -1 moreOriginal service call was prompt and professional. Unfortunately after waiting over 6 weeks, every shutter size was incorrect. After taking a day off of work for this installation, I was completely frustrated. They rushed to re-make the shutters and installation eventually happened within a week. Also, the quality of the shutters are low, and don't match the quality of the other shutters in my house and this was a specific request from me.
