They were very friendly always responded to my calls/texts in a timely manner however as of today I still have mice in my home and they want to charge me for further assistance. I paid a 1000.00 dollars to be rid of mice. It is almost 6 months and I have yet to be rodent free.

He is honest, and breaks down options that will re mediate the problem immediately, as well as what steps that would help long term. The pricing is fair, and a great value for what is offered.
