He immediately told me an approximate cost of the problem and gave me all the details that I needed. He also made me feel like I could trust him. He and his workers spent 3 weeks at my house working on the problem. Gus had to break into the foundation of my home to fix the problem. Every step of the way, I felt informed and confident about him and his work. Long story short, the problem is fixed and I am a happy camper in my new home. His staff also cleaned as they went and then put my house back together when they were done. He will remain a friend forever. Thank you Gus.

It was Sunday and my air conditioner wasn't working right. I called Gus Sunday morning and he was there within an hour. He put a temporary fix on it and came back Monday and fixed it permanently. I have used his services several times in the past and he has always shown up promptly and charged a fair price. He's very nice and courteous.

I was referred to Gus from a dear friend. I was happy to hear about his qualification of being a former plumbing inspector. Gus was very friendly and a delight to do business with. I tried to warn him that my elderly father, who had been caring for the home, was the king of jerry rigging. I wasn't surprised when Gus told me that one of the toilets was plumbed to scalding hot water and that there were places that my dad had used garden and automobile hose where pipes should be I knew there was a leak because the basement had flooded but my dad told me he had fixed it. The new tenant told me that was not the case. Plus Gus found another one as well. Since I live in another state, it was imperative that I find someone I trust that would give me an accurate assessment of the entire plumbing and heating situation. He did the assessment and estimate the very day I called him. He did all of the work, plus a complementary drain cleaning, the very next day. I would definitely recommend Gus's services anyway, but the fact that he offered us a 10% senior citizens discount, was icing on the cake.
