+ -1 moreIn 2014 my husband and I purchased our first home. It was an older home. After a year of remodeling, our windows had a year of year of construction film and grim on them. Window Genie of Killeen sent his crew out and within an hour my windows looked brand new! You can not believe how dirty your windows are until you have them professionally cleaned. The crew was fast and honest! I love how they are involved in the community and with our local schools. I will be using them for a routine service! Thank you Window Genie!

+ -1 moreThe team showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day, and were very responsive to any question or comment I made. They went above and beyond in terms of getting each window totally pristine- these windows had not been cleaned in several years. In the two story foyer a tall ladder had to be used which added an extra challenge for some of the windows. The second floor windows and a third floor room were difficult to access in spots as well, but every single window in my home is now sparkling. I could not be more pleased with their work.
Description of Work: The Window Genie team spent over 9 hours at my home cleaning ALL the windows. This is a large home (6000+ square feet) and the windows are complicated because they are older Pella windows that have blinds inside so must be taken apart and cleaned both sides on inside and on outside of window, essentially four windows with every one.
