+ -1 moreContractor failed to get city permits. Used poor materials and did not do the job up to city code.Did not finish job after he was found out on the permit. Had to have the whole thing tore down and I'am currently waiting to take him to small claims court. Fortunately I did not pay him the full amount.
Description of Work: Hired to replace back porch.
