+ -1 moreMy warranty company sent Tolly's to my house for an A/C problem. James came out to my house and said the capacitor was bad and left to get a new one. He came back and said the compressor was bad after swapping the capacitor and provided an invoice for $2,300. They he said they needed the money up front for the part before they would order it. I thought that seemed a little off so I called another company for a second opinion. They said someone hooked up the capacitor wrong, put in a new capacitor and the compressor worked just fine. Not sure if Tollys made a mistake or was trying to scam me but I saved about $1,800 by getting that second opinion.

+ -1 moreMr. Tolly is amazing! My AC went out and not only was he quick to come out, it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Best of all, he fixed it!!!! Totally recommend. Saving him as a favorite!
