.I have had nothing but problems with cleaners I have hired in the past. One even ruined our carpets with a machine not designed for carpets (large floor buffer with inflexible brush bristles. All charged over $100 for a job that took about an hour. That is why it was refreshing to deal with Rick. When I called he gave me an appointment for the next day. He arrived exactly at the time he said. He was very professional, had the right equipment for the job and knew how to use it. He was all business and had the job finished in short order. He had no hidden fees or charges and I paid him the estimated price. He was happy. I was very happy after having had such bad experiences in the past with other services. I will never hire anybody but Rick for this service again.

We were in pretty bad need of getting our carpets and couches cleaned and had been struggling to find a reputable, reliable, and HONEST carpet cleaning company and finally decided on going with R3. We had heard so many horror stories of companies that promise unbelievable deals only to change the price or the offer once they are in your house. We wanted an honest company that would quote us a price, then complete the job for the price quoted. This is exactly what we got when we went with R3. Not only did they honor their deal, but they did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpets and couches. The whole process did not take very long, just over an hour, and we were amazed at how different everything looked once it had been cleaned. This is my first review on Angie's List and I am taking the time to do it because this company deserves more business for the quality of their work and the integrity with which they conduct themselves. Most families don't need a carpet cleaning company very often, but when the time comes for us to need the services of this kind of company again in the future, there is no way we will use any company other than R3.

I have a rental unit where the last renter made a big mess of the carpets. I really thought I would have to replace all of the carpets - there were a lot of stains that just seemed impossible. On the recommendation of a friend I called R3 figuring it likely wasn't going to pan out for me but wow was I surprised. Rick arrived on time and went to work on the empty rental unit. I didn't stay while he was working but came back when he was done and inspected it with him - I was amazed - the carpets looked great! He got out the red koolaid stains and every room smelled and looked fresh and clean. I will absolutely be using them again. I really liked that he was up front about the pricing - (I got a quote before he started) and he pointed out which stains were the most troublesome and was upfront about what to expect (ie - I believe I can get that stain out well, but that one over there is a little more difficult - here's what I will try, etc.). Also he didn't do the and quot;pushy salesmanand quot; routine that some carpet cleaning companies do - where they add on all sorts of extras to the bill and surprise you at the end - I hate that! I liked that the price he quoted was the price I paid and there was no weird negotiation for more money. What I didn't know was that he could cut out untreatable stains and replace them with carpet from other areas( like closets, etc). Luckily I didn't need that this time but it is good to know that he can do all of that stuff.
