Quality landscaping

They never finished the job. I hired Brian (Quality Landscaping) back in March, 2021 to build a retaining wall with steps that leads into another part of my backyard. I wanted a natural looking color of stone that blended with my house. Brian promised he would stain the stones with a color that complemented my home. Im very disappointed with Quality Landscaping. To begin with, the retaining wall is uneven and the corner has about a 2 inch gap. Next, they smashed into my fence but they didn’t completely repair the damage they caused. Also, they broke sprinkler heads and damaged underground sprinkler pipes with their equipment. In addition, the yard has dips and bumps because they failed to spread dirt evenly after building the wall. I called Brian to remind him of the unfinished work. He said he would put me on his schedule. Today is August 30, 2021 and Brain still has not stained the stones or built steps for the wall. As a matter of fact, he never came back to fix the sprinkler, finish repair on fence, or even out the dirt in the yard. Brain did not honor his word. I would never, ever recommend Quality Landscaping for any home project.
