+ -1 moreOur dishwasher broke 7 weeks ago. We contacted our home warranty company. They contracted Protex Appliance and Repair out of Killeen. 7 weeks. 2 technicians. 4 visits. The dishwasher is now in worse condition than it started in the first place. Please save your time and money and do not use this company! I have contacted our Home Warranty Company and next will be the BBB, but if you have repair issues, make sure you are not using Protex if you want repairs done in a timely fashion or repairs at all.
