Description of Work: 1. Painted interior and exterior of house. 2. Installed bathrooms granite installed sinks and adjusted drain piping and changed water piping, miner touch ups on paint. Adjusted mirrors 3. Removed carpet and Installed wood floors took trim off and lower them to meet flush with floor trim and lower wall was repainted. Moved trim to meat flush with floor. 4. Installed granite counter tops in entire house. Removed old counter tops in kitchen, kitchen island, three bathroom, and desk area. Install new sinks, faucets and address all plumbing changes. 5. Cleaned grout on all tile floors 6. Stained all cabinets in home twice, stained stair way rails and mirrors in bathrooms. 7. Replaced Sprinkler System main valve and broken lines. Replaced pipe and changed spray head and adjusted spray head timing for flower bed. 8. Laid out stones mulch, placed fabric and planted flowers. Spread fertilizer and mowed and trimmed times. Relocated 4 bushes and but two died and were removed. Sod was placed to cover dead grass in back yard and front. 9. Cleaned ac and changed filter re inserted pipe that was loose from wall. Flushed ac pipe. 10. Cleaned gutters. 11. Installed a socket plug GFCI under sink for new dish washer. 12. Yard work raked, trimmed front and back trees and bushes. Laid ant killer, removed dead brush and weeded from back yard. 13. Cleared bathtub drain. 14. Placed compound on wall garage walls so it will have a smooth look to cover tape and float. . 15. Presser wash garage, drive way and porch. 16. Installed new tile in Master Bathroom, removed trim, painted and replaced back to be flush with tile. 17. Installed 3 toilet seat. 18. Fixed texture in rooms, hallway, stars, door way going from living room kitchen. 19. Cleaned all tile grout in kitchen and hall way. 20. Clean all exterior windows 21. Installed all new door locks and knobs in entire house 22. Made and placed a swing and a bird house in front house on front tree. 25. Painted front door
