The work was not performed, as the provider did not show up. Highly unprofessional establishment.
Description of Work: The provider was scheduled to clean our home, as we were expecting company and on a time schedule. When nobody showed up 30 minutes after our appointment time,I called to cancel because if they are not professional enough to show up on time (or even within a few minutes of my appt time), I do not want them in my house. When I constructively expressed my disappointment in the way this was handled, the lady on the phone became rude and told me not to get ugly with her. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Do not recommend.
