+ -1 moreI sent multiple emails during a 3 week span to this provider requesting availability and a quote for services, never received a single response in return. Why advertise on Angies List if you're going to simply ignore potential customers?

+ -1 moreMy experience overall was very dissatisfying. They did not give us the appraisals for the roof which had a crack and hole in it. They did not do the job they were hired to do. The report was not completely honest. I would not use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreBernard started the inspection with the interior, then the exterior, he went into the attic, and up on the roof. He pointed out different things that were wrong and explained everything in detail. He encouraged me to ask questions and gave me all the answers I needed to make an informed decision on our new home purchase. I never expected the details I got in his report. Excellent pictures with arrows and circles to show the pro lem areas. Just fantastic. And I got my report the sameday. Even though I did not purchase this home I was given a nice discount I would recommend Home Inspection and Appraisal service to anyone buying or selling a home.
