Great Dane Lawn Care

He was horrible. The first thing was that he made me pay in advance for cutting my grass. So, I said that if did a good job I would pay in advance and he did a pretty good job. But then he would never be here. He would tell me, that he would come on Thursday and then he would postpone it to Friday and then Monday and my grass would keep growing. After the second time that he did that to me I asked him to refund my money which I had paid to cut my grass. I told him that I expected him to be here as he had taken an advance for cutting my grass. He asked me to wait for a week and if he could not get the work done he would refund my money. On Monday one of this people came and refunded my money. I would not recommend him to anyone because he was very nasty. When he came over to give me an estimate, he was so nice. I don’t know his reason for making me pay in advance for the month, maybe it is because I am a senior citizen. I could have paid him after cutting my grass. I don’t know if he has other customers doing that. I think it was awful for him to ask me to pay in advance. I think I saw another bad report for him on Angie’s List for a gutter job. The service was pretty good for cutting the grass but I had an issue with his personality, because he was very rude to me and he had my money.

Overall, terrible. This guy is such a fast talker and not good on his word. I ended up cleaning the chimney Myself from the roof after his failed attempt, and after I requested him to take another look at it...He NEVER did! His 'assesment' of my home, REDICULOUS! He made comments about my terrible and destroyed paint/trim, bricks, and seveal other things on my 4 year old house....REALLY guy?!?!? Slightly faded does not equal destroyed! This guy was attempting to take advantage of a single mom, in her home, with "limited knowledge" of home and yard care. (p.s., that's really not who I am, I like to see if people will prey on weakness') By the 2nd visit, he successfully mowed my grass, and also rolled over my Crate Myrtles...and broke them. I finally said something to him after 1 month. He offeres me $20 to replace (still haven't seen it). Can I mention again, He Never finished the chimney sweep. I ask him to relook, I ended up on the roof myself doing it! His responce to my concern...NONE! After several messages, He calls me to tell me he can't do my yard anymore...even though I am paid up thru the month. Offers me $40 (plus $20 for the bush). I had to remind him that I have paid him over $500 for his services that he hasn't provided. He offeres me $80! Are you serious??? DO NOT use this guy. What a crock!!!!
