Juan and Arron came within an hour of our calling for service. They performed some of the services at that time. They returned on two other occasions to complete our needs. They asked questions about the way we wanted components placed and complied with our wishes. They even returned to replace some parts that needed updating in order to work properly. Some of the work was difficult and required wiring in different places in the attic.

The crew sent to my house was professional, patient, and experienced. They knew where to look to find the fault in my garage GFCI circuit. They also replaced a faulty GFCI outlet, and were prepared to completely rewire the circuit if the wiring was indeed damaged. They also took the time to explain to me why the circuit was likely damaged, and were able to repair the circuit. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the Killeen area needing electrical work!

The manager Willie came out to give me an estimate which was later emailed to me. On the day of the job Willie also accompanied the two males workers to my home to introduce them and left them to their task. The young were very knowledgeable about the product. They drilled holes into our walls to install the unit and outlets. Even though our home is less than 10 years old they had to expand our circuit breaker to install the mini split ac unit. In order to minimize the sight of cords they carried the wiring through the attic. When they were finished they went over the details with me and offered to clean up the dust, but I told them I prefer to clean up the mess myself. The following day Willie came out to inspect the work and ask if I had any questions. We are very happy with the job.
