+ -1 moreWe had been experiencing degrading performance on our computer for a few weeks and finally it simply would not boot. After searching the vendor's online support, there were several possibilities for points of failure. We decided that it was over our heads to attempt any sort of repair ourselves. We found Computer Rebooter on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. They ran complete diagnostics on all of our hardware and were able to diagnose the issue. They called with the diagnosis and an estimate for the repair prior to completing the fix. The price for the diagnosis and repair was very reasonable and the actual cost was exactly what had been estimated. I gave them a B on punctuality because it took them a day longer than what they had committed. It really wasn't a big deal for us but might be for others. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. They also asked for a picture ID when using a credit card which I really appreciate given the rise of identity theft etc.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced a power supply on our computer.

Description of Work: I play World of Warcraft, GW2 and StarCraft on the weekends with my friends. I had some video corruption the day before the Pandaria Expansion and really needed my computer fixed fast. Mark Peterson, the Manager and Julie, the Service Coordinator, treated me with the utmost respect and got my computer fixed. The video corruption was due to my error. I did not know how to use ATI Tray Tools and thought that the artifacting was due to a bad video card. Mark could have taken advantage of me and sold me a $200.00 plus video card, but realized the defaults were set instead of a customized profile for the card and game. I trust the folks at Computer Rebooter explicitely. :D
