Clean Touch Carpet Services

The person with whom I made the appointment, Jimmy Noland was very pleasant and professional. He quoted me a price and that was exactly what I paid after the services were completed. The crew that came to my home (3 people) were exceptionally professional and courteous. They were careful when moving about my personal items to clean the carpet; however they do not move large furniture. While the crew was on site, one of the owners, James Cheshire came through to check on the work process. I don't know if this is a standard practice, but I thought it was a very good thing to do; especially for new customers. The work overall was good. I guess because of the holiday schedule, the larger machine was tasked out. They used a smaller machine and they worked surprisingly very fast. They used a citrus smelling cleaner that was a little strong at first, but dissipates quickly leaving a clean fresh scent. Initially the carpet looked good, but when it dried all the stains that I specifically pointed out were still there. I called the next morning (Christmas Eve) and told Jimmy. He was very polite and apologetic. He said he would send them back within the hour. Again, he did exactly as he said. When the crew returned, I showed them the spots. They were also polite and apologetic. They used a different machine, spent a little more time and got up all the stains as requested. I think if they had spent a little more time cleaning the carpet initially, they would not have had to come back the second time. This is the reason for the good, instead of excellent in the Quality. It could have been that they were trying to get everyone completed for the holiday, which is understandable. However, next time I will also better communicate my expectations. I will definately use the service again. I sincerely appreciate their excellent customer service, and will be a returning customer them because of it!!
