Mr. Thompson provided outstanding service. He scheduled me within 2 days during the busy winter season. He gave me a 2 hour window the night prior to arrival and sent me a text message 30 minutes before he arrived. He was nice and professional. There was no mess. His price for cleaning was better than any local competitors I found. I would highly recommend Chimney Pro.

Description of Work: Tommy Thompson responded promptly to my call and arrived within 2 hours of my initial contact with him. He is very professional, personal and informative. He got into the attic and located the dryer vent pipe and identified a serious issue causing a problem. He cleaned the vent from the attic and at the dryer connection. He cleaned after himself and left things as they were. The charge is very reasonable.

He came over looked at our chimney . we talked said everything was o.k. When I asked him How much? HE said because you are a Korean War Vet. No charge . I thanked him and he left.
Description of Work: He looked at my chimney and said every thing is alright. No charge for being a Korean war Veteran. Thank me for my service and left.

Don't call these people!!!!
Description of Work: We needed to have the chimney inspected in a house we had under contract. I placed four calls to this business and as of today 10/18/2012 they have never bothered to return any of the calls. I never spoke to anyone, only an answering machine - which no one much check. It is possible that they are just so darn busy that they do not need more business. Don't waste your time with these jerks.

Excellent work from beginning to end. Price was exactly as quoted, never changed.
Description of Work: Forgot specific date of service, but was within the past year. Technician cleaned chimney and dryer vent. Great work. Also commented that he could fix shingles on roof that had blown off. Paid him in advance and he completed work the next day while I was gone. Very trustworthy.

The issue was taken care of, and the leak was fixed.What made me uncomfortable was the repairman. When he was done with the work, he simply walked in my front door......didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. And for that simple reason I would not call them in the future.
