+ 0 moreRick arrived when he stated he would. In fact, he called 15 minutes out to ensure I was home. Upon arrival, he inspected the leak and provided a quote of $75.00. He complete the work immediately because he had all of the necessary replacement pieces on his truck. This took about 15-20 minutes. He then inspected and corrected all aspects of our lawn irrigation system. He provided a bill before he left. The actual bill differed from his quote by less than $2.00. He was polite, respectful, friendly and professional!
Description of Work: Repaired a leak in a pipe that provided water for our lawn irrigation system. Cleaned several lawn irrigation heads. Replaced on lawn irrigation head. Checked and adjusted the setting for all lawn irrigation heads. Provided advice for watering times for each zone.

+ -1 moreGreat and better than ever. He was contacted after I couldn't get a hold of Freytag, who initially installed the sprinkler system. So Rick came at his promised time, did the job quickly, efficiently, and finished the job complete. Unless I have a problem, unforeseen, I shouldn't be seeing him. He has his business in order and has been in the area for over 40 years.
Description of Work: Moved 7 heads and adjusted water sprinkler system. Had material on business truck to complete the job within a resonable time.
